goals for 2024 and a product update

2023 was a rocky year. It started off bad with a cold and the a recurring sinus infection. Sales this year have were lower, but that was due to the fact that broke away from my Esty store to get my own website. Believe me when they say finding the right website it challenging.  It took me moving to three different site to find the one that is right for me. It is still slow going but my one plan for this year for my shopify store, it to get a better theme. The free themes that come with the shopify are good, but I want a theme that will give me a bit more for my store. Some of the premium theme I have been looking at have better opitimzing. Although I am going to do my research and not going to just pick one. They can be a bit pricy. I wish they would have themes that instead of paying a lot of money all at once, where you can get the theme and either buy it or pay so much a month for it and let you canceal it any time or change to a different one. 

As far as my goals for this year I want to get better at driving my sales from my social media. The main ones I am focusing on are Tiktok, instagram/threads, and facebook. I do want to also get better at taking videos for youtube so I can get my subscribers up. Baby steps is all I have to remember. One of my problems last year was I kept trying to do to much at once.

Product Update

I have update my store with 4 new pins. I plan to get at least one or two pins made each week. I know that sounds on the low side, however, i also have my knitting and crochet designs I am working on, as well as working a full time job. This is a start but I plan on trying to get more than that done.
