Autumn ridge poncho crochet pattern

This is not a finished product this is a pattern to be able to make this item.

I designed this poncho to be be worn two ways. You can either wear it with the triangle points in front or positioned next to the shoulder. No matter which way you wear it, this poncho is stunning. One of my favorite stitches in crochet is the puff stitch, so I designed the poncho using the puff stitch among other stitches for some great texture. This can be made with either dk weight (size 3) yarn or worsted weight (size 4). The yarn I used from this project is Lion Brand Mandala.

This can be made in any size because when you get to a certain part of the pattern it is a simple repeat and you follow that repeat until you get to your desired length.

I have not put gauge in the pattern because it is not important.

note you can increase the amount of the chain at the beginning, but you will have to do the math to make it so that the corners are evenly spaced.
